Use day & night. Wash face with gentle face wash/cleanser & pat dry. Dot your face with cream. One dot each on forehead, both cheeks, nose & chin (5 dots in all). Gently massage in with finger tips in small upward-outward circles. Don't forget neck area. Reapply after 8-10 hours or as needed. It is safe to apply SPF over this cream.

- Take a tiny amount on your palm.
- Dot your face with the moisturizer. One dot each on forehead, both cheeks, nose and chin. That?s 5 dots totally.
- Now gently massage it into skin using finger-tips, with upward-outward strokes.
- Use after washing face with mild face wash.
